Zero unnecessary middleman layers. Every harvest is tied directly to the specific family or collective who grew, harvested, or made it. There is no trading house, broker consortium, or speculative commodity pool between the grower and you.
We publish the exact financial split. Most brands hide their margins behind slogans; we state the exact rate paid directly to the grower (typically 40% to 60% above prevailing auction benchmarks) with prompt, auditable settlement.
Every lot is tied to an unarguable geographical reality: specific terroir coordinates, altitude, soil type, and harvest date. We never blend across farms or seasons. The batch code matches the physical hillside where it grew.
